About us
- Lucys is a small business founded and operated in central Louisiana by Aletra Griffith Eaglin
- Chef Aletra has culinary backgrounds from all over louisiana and from working in kitchens while operating her own business. She has been cooking for 11 years and in business for 4 years
- Her services range from Evangeline Parish, St. Landry and neighboring Parishes. Her business is mostly mobile, and local with no physical location for purchases yet.
- Chef Aletra comes from a long line of cooks her grandmother was a cook for a childrens daycare, mom was a lunch lady and is currently on of the two cooks at a known deli in Ville Platte, the other cook being her aunt is also one of her cooking influencers. She also comes from a line of bakers on her fathers side of her family. Going all the way back to her great grandmother Orilia “Cil” Harrison Griffith.
